We are a small event management company - we plan, organise and administer conferences and workshops all over the UK.

Before being appointed to a project, we produce a proposal and estimate of costs based on a brief supplied by the client. Services are tailor-made for each event, whether large or small, ranging from any of the following parts of event organisation through to total event management:

  • Venue finding (including negotiating favourable rates)
  • Handling registration process, ie taking bookings (and payments where relevant), confirming details and answering queries
  • Producing conference materials
  • Liaising with speakers and facilitators (including sourcing where necessary)
  • Press liaison and publicity
  • Organisation of exhibitions and roadshows
  • Obtaining sponsorship
  • Overseeing management of event on the day (supplying conference team where necessary)
  • Conference report writing
  • Post conference evaluation and posting materials on website
